The Design Story of LOGOFF Restaurant | Avant-Garde Decor & Nouvelle Boheme Art
A Canvas of Culinary and Visual Arts: The Design Story Behind LOGOFF

Step off the bustling streets and into a space where time slows down, colors shift with the light, and every wall tells a story. Welcome to LOGOFF, Logofăt Luca Stroici 34, Sector 2, Bucharest sanctuary of taste and aesthetics housed within a magnificent early 20th-century building. With its sweeping large windows, soaring ceilings, and a seamless flow between its elegant interior, lush garden, and terrace, LOGOFF is more than a restaurant—it is an immersive, multisensory interior design experience.
When the vision for LOGOFF was first conceived, the goal was clear: to create a unique collaboration of style, fusing diverse design elements into a cohesive atmosphere of taste and decor. To achieve this, the interior needed to be treated not just as a dining room, but as a living canvas. This is where the artisanal touch of Nouvelle Boheme came to life.
The Alchemy of Color: Handcrafted Walls
The foundation of LOGOFF’s atmosphere relies on a meticulous, handcrafted approach to color. The walls feature the exquisite Mat Poudre finish from Ressource Peinture (available in Romania via TonCorner), chosen for its deeply matte, velvety texture.
Through Nouvelle Boheme, the finishes and effects were crafted entirely by hand. Using a highly specialized technique involving rough brushes and sponges, multiple layers were applied over the base colors. By layering washed, translucent colors, a transparent patina was created that interacts dynamically with the room's lighting.
The High Ceilings: The grand architecture gave us the courage to be bold. We selected the rich, grounding Habit de Moine (AP30) for the ceilings, instilling a masterful sensation that honors the building's historic roots.

The Main Hallway: Serving as the artery of the restaurant, the hallway is swathed in Nicobar Bronze (ANB05), offering a warm metallic embrace.

The Red Rooms: To stimulate appetite, these rooms are enveloped in Terre d'Atlas (AP14), providing a deep, passionate backdrop for evening dining.

The Green Rooms: Offering a relaxed vibe, these spaces feature Williamsburg (SL42), bringing the natural elements of the outdoor garden inside.

The Bar: Anchored by L'Obscurite (R235), this deep, mysterious shade invites guests to linger over their drinks.

An Exhibition of Avant-Garde Art by Nouvelle Boheme
Against this textured backdrop, the walls are adorned with original handcrafted artwork provided by Nouvelle Boheme, turning the restaurant into a curated gallery.
In the dining areas, you are accompanied by a cast of vibrant characters:
The playful yet sophisticated Eccentric Waiter with Wine Glasses.
The intensely focused Passionate Chef Stirring the Pot.

The alluring Sultry Martini Muse.

The undeniable pièce de résistance resides against the deep red walls: the Anthropométrie in Blue | Presence Study I. This massive 200x200cm metallic gold canvas features striking, Yves Klein-inspired authentic blue imprints. The shocking contrast of the ultra-matte blue against the gold creates a visual tension that is thoroughly modern.

Whimsical Bespoke Murals by Andrei Canache
To break the boundaries of traditional restaurant decor, LOGOFF features two striking bespoke murals painted by Andrei Canache.

In one of the green rooms, guests are watched over by a surreal, steampunk-themed gentleman smoking a thin cigarette against a vibrant blue sky. Even the lavatory room hides a secret: a stunning mural of a woman's portrait elegantly adorned with a top hat.

Experience the Fusion
LOGOFF is an invitation to log in to a world of sensory richness. From the artisanal, hand-sponged walls to the towering ceilings and the bold art of Nouvelle Boheme, come for the exceptional food, but linger for the stories painted on the walls.
